ADIs required to join our team of over 40 driving instructors delivering intensive driving courses
You will be delivering our intensive driving courses across your chosen area; the larger the area you want to cover, the greater the amount of work you will receive, but we only give you work in your preapproved areas.
Most of our intensive driving course instructors usually book intensive driving courses 2-3 months in advance, so this can be a really good way to keep a full diary and make plans for your future work.
Now Paying our ADIs £42 per hour with no fees
We are currently looking for ADI's to cover Bristol, Exeter, Wiltshire, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, and Dorset areas in both manual and automatic cars.
So how does it work?
All courses run Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm with two 30-minute breaks, and we book the pupils driving tests for the end of the final day.
When a customer calls us, the office team will use Q&A to determine what course best suits the customer and then take a deposit to secure the course. We guarantee the customer their driving test on the final day of the course, and we book and confirm this while they are still on the phone. We will not book an intensive driving course unless we have a driving test available, which is why we book pupils into your diary months in advance.
As an incentive to those customers who do not pass the first time, we offer a free DVSA re-test with every intensive course that we pay for. This will help keep you busy, as the condition of the free re-test is that the customer books the necessary hours with you, again all handled by our admin team on your behalf.
We also make sure the customer understands that everyone learns at a different pace, and it will be the instructor’s decision whether the pupil goes for a test. We will support you if, unfortunately, you must redraw the use of your training vehicle for testing.
With this option, the cost to you will always be zero. We do not charge you anything for being one of our intensive course instructors, and we believe our hourly rates of pay are one of, if not the best, in the country.
We will pay you directly for the course, so there is no need for you to chase up the pupil; we do that for you, and the pupil must pay for the full course no later than 4 weeks before the course starts, so you can rest assured that unless we move or cancel the intensive course prior to these 4 weeks, you will still get paid. This offers you some security and allows you to plan your work and life ahead.

As we always aim to pay the very best rates to our instructors, our hourly rate for intensive courses is £42 per hour, so that is an income of £1260.00 for a week for just 30-hours of your time. Apart from the drive to pick up your pupils and the drive home after you have left them for the day, your time is yours to relax and enjoy with none of the hassle normally associated with managing a busy diary of regular work.
We can also supply you with a dual-control car and insurance if required (a weekly fee will apply)
